Question

Once Merge, publish, and validate the debian-slim image end-to-end
(#9) has passed and Does the nightly
rollout need a canary/dry-run (#10) has
settled whatever rollout safety it calls for — cut Project4x over to the new image: update
Project4x's .gitea/workflows/export-template.yml to point at
git.arthurerlich.de/haylan/godot-ci:<version> (already the registry path in use, only the
underlying image contents changed), confirm its release run goes green, and trim the now-redundant
apt-get install calls in that workflow's "Update and install dependencies" step per the note at
the bottom of docs/handoff/godot-ci-custom-image.md.

This is the last step to reaching this map's destination.
